Welcome, I’m Audrey the Pilates Instructor & Owner of

I started Performance Pilates ATX after experiencing how transformative Pilates could be — not just for strength, but for longevity.

I grew up playing soccer, running track, and lifting weights, but it wasn’t until I rediscovered Pilates in 2020 while rehabilitating from shoulder surgery that I truly understood its power. Living with hypermobility and scoliosis taught me that sustainable performance comes from precision, not intensity — from learning to move intelligently, not just harder.

Today, I work with athletes and active individuals who want to train with purpose.

Through personalized, contemporary Pilates sessions (private, semi-private, or on-site), I help my clients build strength, control, and awareness that powers every kind of movement, both in sport and in life.
